Terms and Conditions

Online orders of Strip Doors are constructed under these terms and conditions:

Measurements:

Door heights for online orders must be 3000mm or less. Door widths greater than 1500mm will be constructed in two halves. Strip thickness will be 1.5mm for both flat and ribbed surface strips. Overlap spacing will be approximately 20mm for 75mm wide strips and approximately 30mm for 100mm wide strips.

Construction:

Your PVC strips will be securely fixed to an anodized head section that’s easy to self-install by hanging on two screws, provided with your order. Your strip door will be lightweight and easy to lift off the screws at the end of your workday.

Strip Length:

We will deliberately make your strips slightly longer than needed so you have some leeway when you install your strip door. You can easily cut the bottoms of the strips with scissors if they’re too long.

Strip Colours:

When multiple strip colours are selected, your strip door will be constructed using an alternating colour pattern unless you clearly state your requirements in the comment box. If we’re not 100% clear on your instructions we’ll simply call you for clarification, thank you.

Printed Strip Doors:

Printed strip doors are assembled with non-overlapping 100mm clear strips. We reverse print onto the backside of the strips with the image facing forward, then we cover the back/reverse-facing image with white ink. Your image will be placed midway, above the center, to allow adults to see over the image. Because we print your image as a large work it’s important you upload the best, high-resolution image you have. We reserve the right to contact you about your image file if we determine it may print poorly. We take no responsibility for the quality of your printed artwork if you request us to print from a low-quality file.

Printed Strip Doors – Image Use:

We abide by all Australian laws, including copyright, trademark and privacy laws. If your image violates Australian laws or infringes the rights of others, Strip Doors reserve the right to refuse to print your image. For business images and logos, Strip Doors may require a signed acknowledgement to warrant that you are the rightful intellectual property owner and you have the legal authority or license to reproduce the specific image. Strip Doors claim no ownership rights on any images, logos or photographs reproduced for our customers. Our customers remain solely responsible for all image content submitted to us.

Dispatch:

Upon receipt of your order and payment we’ll produce your strip door for dispatch to major metropolitan areas in Australia within 1 business day. For some non-metropolitan deliveries, an additional handling fee may apply. This will be confirmed with you before your order is processed. We do not deliver to international addresses.

Warranty:

All PVC strip doors ordered online come with a genuine 12-month warranty on assembly and parts. Faults or damage during shipment must be promptly reported to Strip Doors by email, with photographic evidence and written details, within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will replace legitimately faulty or transit-damaged goods when appropriate and when determined to be so. We do not cover your strip door for damage incurred through general wear, lack of care or misuse.

Returns Policy:

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your strip door purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss whether you qualify for a full refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns of custom-made strip doors. If you ordered the wrong size, colour or other component for your strip door, we’re happy to help you rectify this. Out-of-pocket expenses and return shipping will be covered by you. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Correct Information:

It’s your responsibility to ensure the correct information is submitted with your order for us to manufacture the correct product for you. If you accidentally submit an incorrect order, it is your responsibility to contact us by phone and email within one (1) hour of your online order submission so we can rectify the mistake and keep your order on track for a timely delivery.
